Sri Sarangapani Temple @ Malavalli: Please do
not get confused with Sarangapani Swami of Kumbakonam in Tamil Nadu
. Here Moolavar is Sarangapani and he is holding a Bow named Saranga
and Arrow in Upper Arms and Shanku and Chakra in Lower Arms, and is
in standing posture. It is in Fort Malavalli , It is Just 3 Kms from
Marehalli Temple. It is near Fort ( Kote) Mallavalli.
Sri Keerthi Narayana Perumal @ Talakad. This is
one of the Pancha Narayana Kshetram established by our Beloved
Supreme Acharya Bhagavath Ramanuja. Here Lord Keerthi Narayana
Moolavar is holding Shanku and Chakra in Samasarana Mudhra, Thayar
is Sundaravalli. Then You the Idol of our Bhagavath Ramanuja in
Upadesha Mudra. The Uthsavar is the replica of Moolavar.
Sri Anadhi Kala Vaikunta Narayana Perumal @ Talakad.
It is said that this temple existed even before the Sri Keerthi
Narayana Perumal, and Thayar is Hiranmayi. A small Temple.
Sri Kote Varadharaja Temple @ Sathyagalam. It
is the place dear to Sri Vaishnavas, because here only our Vedantha
Desika Stayed for 12 Long years during the turbulence at Srirangam.
Here you can find Swami Desikan in Standing Posture it is the
uniqueness . Main Presiding deity is Kote Varadharaja Swamy and
Thayar is Perundevi. This temple is in the banks of river cauvery.
Sri Ranganatha Temple @ Madhyarangam. Presiding
deity is Lord Ranganatha, Thayar is Ranganayaki. This temple
Prathistai was done by Snake King Thakshan.It is in the banks of
River Cauvery.
Shivanasamudhram Water falls: Water Falls of
Gangan Chukki and Bharachukki is there , it is splender sight to see
the waterfalls.
And to cap it all there is
Malavalli Lake in which thousand and thousands of Lotus bloom it is
wonderful sight to see the flowers Malavalli had lots of lake
now all dried up.
